1. What ingredients are used in the candles?


All natural soy wax, phthalate free + clean fragrance oils and wooden wicks. We source the best ingredients so that you can have luxury fragranced candles within your home.

2. Do you offer wholesale?


Yes we offer wholesale, if you have a request please send us a email. We also offer private/white label for brands!

 

3. What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns, we will replace if a candle arrives damaged (we must be notified within 24 hours of delivery, via email and a picture of damage)  However once a candle has been sent to an home we will not be able to accept returns.

3. How long do your candles burn for?

Our 9oz candles have a burn time of 60 hours, soy candles tend to burn much longer giving you more time to love your candle.

4. What shipping options are available?

Shipping is based on the amount of candles ordered. Most cases we ship USPS priority, and if you are our minis they will ship first class. First class does not give you the tracking information so please allow 3 to 5 business days. We also ship through UPS and also ship internationally! 

5. How will we know if our order shipped?

When an order is shipped you will receive a email and or text if you are signed up with tracking information. If you have not received an email or text, your order has not shipped. We strive to get all orders shipped within 1 to 3 business days NOT including weekends.

6. Why a wooden wick?

Aesthetically a wooden wick is more visually pleasing, the wicks burn clean, and wooden wicks crackle- setting the tone for a relaxing evening. If you close your eyes you would think you're right next to crackling wood from a fireplace. Wooden wicks have no soot,  or mushrooming when burning.

7. What are the wooden wicks made from?

They are made from only 100% natural wood from Sappy fruit trees in the USA.

8. Why wont my candle stay lit?

In most cases, it's because you are not trimming your wick before each burn. If you have tunneling in your candle that can also be an issue. Please make sure you follow the steps on the care card that is included within your order. If you need help troubleshooting please send us an email we will be glad to help.

9.  What should I do with my jar when my candle is done?

We advise you to recycle your jar, reuse it around your house to organize, plants or as part of your decor!

10. What is a candle memory and why is it important?

When you first light your candle please burn for one hour straight to create a candle memory. This will train your candle to burn correctly and evenly without any tunneling. Once a candle has tunneling it can take a few hours to correct and this is something you want to avoid.
